Behind the Scenes: Book of John Sermon Intro Series

For this project, we traveled to Israel for three intense days of filming, capturing over 50 sermon intros along with a variety of B-roll footage. The challenge was to gather enough high-quality material to support a year-and-a-half-long sermon series while staying nimble and efficient.

Given the need to remain low-profile, I used a compact DSLR and a hidden lav mic to blend in as tourists simply snapping photos. This approach allowed us to work quickly and discreetly, filming in a wide range of locations without drawing attention. The result was a fast-paced, rewarding experience, producing multiple edits that continue to bring depth and authenticity to the series.
